Yesterday I decided to make a mask for my face, neck and decollete area. I have known the recipe for this firming mask for a quite a while. It is very simple to prepare and it gives you fantastic results: you will feel and see your skin firmer and tighter.
I would like to share it with you.
Best Homemade Firming Mask Recipe:
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of honey (make sure you don’t have allergy on honey)
a few drops of good olive oil
Warm up a little bit your honey and mix up all the ingredients.
Apply on your face, neck and decollete area with your hands or with the brush (that is a proper way of doing it). Ideally you should live it for 15-20 minutes. Or at least till when this firming mask will dry out.
The best way to wash it off is with a small face towel. Apply your favourite moisturiser after that.
You will definitely feel the difference after this firming mask - I guarantee.

I found Vitamin E oil so versatile. You can put it on you scars and if you are consistent (you should do that for at least 100 days twice a day) - you will see that your scars diminish.Vitamin E oil is also famous for its qualities to diminish wrinkles and firm up the skin. Some claim that Vitamin E oil helps to reduce dark circles under your eyes.
I started using Vitamin E oil under my eyes - it is such an inexpensive replacement of the eye cream and it is definitely working - my skin is smooth and well moisturised and as a result my tiny lines under my eyes (which I don’t like so much) are less visible. And it seems that my darkcircles are not so dark (not that I have really bad circles but I have them).
Vitamin E oil is also very beneficial for stretch marks - I would say as a prevention. Even though the manufactures are claiming that it would help the existing stretch marks I would suggest to use vitamin E oil as a prevention rather than as a cure.
You may choose to use a cream with vitamin E oil instead of pure oil as you may find it easier to apply. However pure oil will always be more effective.
So try Vitamin E oil for yourself and you will be amazed how effective it is.

I have mentioned several times already that it is a must to wear a sunscreen. For Australia and countries alike you should aim for at least SPF 30+.
So what are these numbers actually mean? In theory if you are burned after 10 minutes of sun exposure without any sunscreen then SPF 30 should give you 30 times longer protection, i.e 300 minutes. But in reality due to the facts such as rubbing, sweating, contact with water (if we go to the beach) we don’t have such a long protection. It usually last for about 60-80 minutes. So make sure you reapply sunscreen often enough if you are out on the sun. Especially if you are at the beach. Each time you go for a swim it is best to reapply your sunscreen.
I know many people don’t like sunscreen for its sticky feeling and a smell. I finally found two good sunscreens. The best sunscreen is made by Jurlique - Sun Lotion SPF 30+. Ok, it is a bit pricey, so I am using it only on my face and (the great thing about this sunscreen) - I use it under my eyes too. It is so good for sensitive skin that you can use this sunscreen even on such delicate areas as your eyes.
And for the body I useNivea Light Feel Everyday Sun Lotion SPF 30+. It instantly absorbed (as it say on the package) and doesn’t have that smell that normally sunscreens have. And this Nivea Sunscreen doesn’t give any sticky feeling. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time. You should try it too.
If you have your own favourite sunscreen I would love to know about it. Please comment bellow.
